Design-Build Service Provides Efficiency and Cost Savings
Allegro MicroSystems, a leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing of high-performance semiconductors, was attracted to DGI Technologies all-inclusive AV integration services for the implementation of premium conference room, lobby area AV components and control systems.
DGI Technologies on-staff engineering/design(ED) team worked with Allegro in the initial design phase, determining AV components best suited to meet Allegro’s corporate communication needs. DGI’s ability in providing on-staff ED services eliminates additional expenses AV consumers generally incur working with an ED company and a component installation company separately.
Following the drafting of specifications, DGI worked in partnership with Allegro’s construction contractor in coordinating DGI’s running of component wiring and installation for uninterrupted client workflow. In considering Allegro’s AV requirements, DGI recommended components which include: Crestron DMPS series Multimedia System, Crestron Lighting modules and Wall Control, Crestron Wireless Touch Panel to allow full Wireless control of Room Lighting Schemes as well as Multi-Media Presentation options for both LED and Projection Displays; Multiple Biamp Audio DSP’s, ClearOne Multi Element Pendent-Style Ceiling Mounted Microphones to facilitate “hands-free, room-wide” conferencing; Samsung Low Profile LED Screens, as well as a 4,000 Lumens Panasonic Projection System and 130” High-Definition Ceiling Mounted Retractable Projector Screen.
