The systems and components that we install are often mission critical for our clients.  Availability, reliability, and dependability are always considered in each product selection and system design. Our technical personnel are always available to provide consulting, design, installation, move/add/change services, and repair/replace service visits if clients require it. We offer many flexible service options to meet the ever changing needs of our clients throughout the greater New England area.

We operate a centrally located 6,000 square foot warehouse where we maintain inventory for our clients, provide RMA services, and provide 7x 24 support to our engineers and technicians.  Our fleet of over 25 vehicles is stocked with extensive inventory so we are able to provide the fastest, most cost efficient response to our client’s  needs.

Our customers have at their disposal a wide range of service and maintenance contract options which, when combined with exclusive manufacturer warranties and services provide a best in class service experience.  We do not utilize a “one size fits all” service strategy.  We believe service, preventative maintenance, software and site contracts should be created to custom fit the needs and requirements of our clients. Our factory trained technicians are focused and experienced in specific products and services, and our contractual agreements with vendors include a significant level of manufacturer support if required.  We embrace industry certification programs and invest in the education and training of our field personnel in a fashion that encourages the qualities of cross training in mandatory fields and specialized training in order to build industry leading expertise.
