Mike Walsh, CTS-D
Mr. Walsh is a 15+ year veteran in the AV industry bringing extensive knowledge of AV design, implementation, service and sales to DGI. Mr. Walsh is a high energy individual that provides leadership and drives innovation for the diverse divisions that make up DGI. Mr. Walsh developed and led a team that was recognized as the top integration firm serving educational markets in the country two years running. His extensive understanding of technology sets him apart from many executives. With a focus on business process, fostering relationship management and technical proficiency, Mike is positioning DGI to emerge as the premier integrator in the Northeast. Mike holds a BA from Bridgewater State College in Music Theory and Performance.
David Meneely, CTS
Mr. Meneely is a 15+ year veteran in the AV industry, beginning his career working hands on in the field as an AV technician. Mr. Meneely has held various roles in the industry including project management, design, programming, account management and a series of leadership positions. David has completed many high-visibility multi-million dollar AV projects throughout his career. He has extensive experience building and developing teams, recruiting and developing people and maintaining long-term partnerships within the AV industry. As a hands on leader, this experience offers David a unique perspective on enhancing the capabilities of DGI and improving the customer experience at all levels.
Steven Walls, PMP
Chief Operating Officer
Steven Walls joined DGI Technologies as Vice President of Operations in December 2014. Mr. Walls is a technology industry veteran with 25 years experience in professional service team development, management and growth performance. Steven is overseeing DGI Technologies’ Operations Unit, implementing progressive IT and project management practices for sustained and increased corporate growth.
Prior to joining DGI, Mr. Walls implemented enterprise collaboration technology solutions for Cisco Systems Advanced Services while providing project management consulting for two of their global enterprise financial accounts. In the eight-year span prior to Cisco, Mr. Walls held various senior management positions overseeing the consultant engineering and project management services at Presidio Incorporated, at which he is credited with increasing Presidio’s northeast consulting capacity more than two-fold during his tenure. Previous to his term with Presidio, Mr. Walls held leadership positions with-in management at NextiraOne, Williams Communications and Comlink Network Services, through corporate mergers spanning over 19 years.
Mr. Walls holds telecommunication licenses with Rhode Island and Connecticut. In addition he has earned the designation Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) as well as ITILI® V3 Foundation and 6Sigma Greenbelt certification.
Robert J. Novelli
Robert Novelli has served as CFO of the DGI Group since 2000. During this period, Mr. Novelli has been integrally involved in several mergers and acquisitions the group has initiated, as well as improving the overall efficiency and profitability of the Group. Prior to joining DGI, Mr. Novelli was Controller, then CFO of Digitech International, the parent company of Techex, Inc. and Digital Graphics, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Novelli spent a year with the Learning Company, a world leading supplier of educational and entertainment software packages. Previously, Mr. Novelli served 13 years as Inventory Manager and Accountant of Techex, Inc., an international distributor of computer graphics hardware and software operating with seven foreign subsidiaries as well as several international joint ventures. Mr. Novelli holds an MBA from Nichols College and a BS in Accounting from Fitchburg State University. With over 28 years of experience in finance and operations, Mr. Novelli brings to the DGI Group a solid knowledge of Accounting, Finance and System integration which will aid in the continued future growth of the organization.
